Overview

Configuring the SMTP service details is an important and mandatory first step before setting up your email templates in AbuseHQ.

Accessing the SMTP Configuration

To begin configuring SMTP services:

  1. Open the Admin Portal.
  2. Click the Settings option in the left-hand menu under AbuseHQ.
  3. Click on Mail Notifications under Integrations.

⚠️ You can store multiple SMTP servers and select a different one for each email template.

Steps to Configure SMTP Services

  1. Click the Manage SMTP Services button.
  2. On the next screen, click the Add SMTP button.
  3. In the pop-up window, fill in the following fields:
    • Name
    • SMTP Host
    • Username
    • Password
    • Port
  4. After entering all the required information, click Confirm to save your SMTP server configuration.

✅ Your SMTP service is now ready to be used with your email templates.
